The lions certainly enjoy the walks and typically get two one hour walks each day. Each is different and takes in one of several routes.
Although a similar pattern is followed on each, no two walks are ever the same. Here something is attracting this lions attention in a tree and it is stretching out to see what it is.
Once up in a tree a lion will often discover getting down is a lot harder. Due to their pure weight they do not simply jump as this can cause a severe jolt to their legs.
DFor this reason, watching a lion dismount from a tree can be a rather amusing sight to behold.
