This is not a digital trick shot. Instead it was taken on film. It represents a shop window for a plumber merchant in the centre of Rome.
As the light was begining to fade I did not have long to take this picture. This is actually the second image I took. The first one didn't have the girls feet level with the black line and didn't make sense.
